Hyde Park Gate Phase I – November 2012 Update

Phase I construction works on this £2m shell and core project are nearing a successful conclusion. This prestigious project,  located within the Embassy district of London has proven particularly challenging. The project retains the listed front facade and entailed the construction of a nine metre basement extended to the very limits of the site. A secant piled wall was required to contain the very aggressive water flow. The steel framed upper floors also utilise the maximum space available, leaving little room for our construction team to operate in.
