Conversion and
restoration of the original Royal National Institute for the Blind into
40 luxury flats with associated parking and commercial space at ground
floor level.
Project consists of extensive demolition and reconstruction with new
roof structures, lift shafts in both buildings and central access cores.
Common parts altered and refurbished to form separate entrances to
each block. External facades renovated including window replacement,
