Constructed in two phases, phase 1 consisted of 18 apartments with commercial space to the ground floor and basement areas, whilst phase 2 includes three four-storey properties, seven apartments with gallery bedrooms and additional commercial space. Before works could commence on both phases an archaeological dig had o be co-ordinated under the supervision of the Museum of London. This uncovered the remains of a suspected monastery which were logged and recorded in the appropriate manner.
