The
second project undertaken in this Square, building constructed on 100%
of footprint, nine different party wall awards. Mixed live work and commercial
space on ground and basement.
RC basement and ground floors. Steel frame and precast
concrete floors with structural topping. Brick and glazed facades with
the Old Street elevation being retained and renovated. Flat and pitched
roofs with several balconies.
